Fringe Majority is a feature film and episodic production company formed by Dekker Dreyer and Julia Hiroko Howe.

Dekker Dreyer: Former partner and artistic director of the Illusion On-Demand television network (acquired by TVN Entertainment), winner of the Slamdance Film Festival's Anarchy competition, Gawker Artist, and director of the mobile horror series Potter's Field for Sprint Powervision. Dekker has worked with Paramount Pictures, Miramax Films, and AMC. His first feature film "The Arcadian", starring J LaRose (Saw III, Saw IV, Repo! The Genetic Opera, Mother's Day), Deshja Driggs (Poundcake), Bill Cobbs (Night at the Museum, That Thing You Do), Sab Shimono (Southland Tales, The Shadow), and Lance Henriksen (Aliens, Millennium, Apaloosa) is currently in production.

Current member of the Stevens Institute of Technology Board of Communications, past member of the Rasmussen College New Media Academic Advisory Board, and former Artificial Intelligence Ethics Committee Member Carnegie Mellon.

Julia Hiroko Howe: Former video game producer (Savage Eden, Rubies of Eventide, Immortals), and community marketing manager (Robocalypse, Unbound Saga, Crimecraft). Co-creator of Tentacle Grape brand soda. Julia holds a B.A. with dual concentrations in philosophy and sociology and a minor in music with a post-graduate in project management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Certified Project Manager (PMP).

Current Stevens Institute of Technology Board of Communiucation and Counsel member.
